Ordering Information & Terms and Conditions Orders may be placed by clicking on the ADD buttons to add items to the shopping cart, and, having selected the shipping type on the shopping cart, by filling in your delivery and payment details and submitting over our secure web link. We make every effort to ensure that all information and prices are correct. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions, and are not liable for any misunderstanding based on any information displayed on this site, with our liability limited to the cost of any item, if returned in original condition. If there are changes we will confirm them with you prior to shipment. We aim to provide a fast turnaround of orders, however, we are a supplier of specialist items, and sometimes they take time to obtain. In general, please allow 14 days for delivery in the UK, and 21 days elsewhere, though we will normally beat these times. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any item, and we will not take any payment until we have goods ready to ship. For high value items we reserve the right to take a nominal payment on receipt of the order, to confirm the credit card is valid. Payment is in Sterling (UK£), and can be by VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, or American Express through Paypal. The prices include UK VAT. Non UK customers will need to pay any local taxes on receipt. For security all credit card details are transfered via the secure server protocol. For large orders, or for fast turnaround, please contact us. You have the right to cancel the order any time up to 14 days after delivery. If you wish to do so, please contact us for an Returns Number, and return in original condition, in the original packaging at your own expense (unless there is an error on our part). Postage and packing for UK card orders is Free. For International card orders, postage and packing attract a charge of £4.00. All Gifts are shipped for a flat rate of £2.50 in the UK and £5.00 Internationally.
